The Ann States Photograph Collection holds images of Atlanta life during the 1970s. Many of the photographs showcase Auburn Avenue and the businesses that once thrived there. The photographs also show the people of Sweet Auburn in various settings socializing and working, these images offer a glimpse to what Sweet Auburn looked like during this time period.

Atlanta Life Insurance Company records
Records of the Atlanta Life Insurance Company from 1894-1994, 2000 which primarily document the operation of the company, and to a lesser extent, the role it played in Atlanta's African-American community. The record include officer's files; financial records; insurance policies and claims; Atlanta Life publications and printed material; non Atlanta Life publications and printed material; and architectural drawings, calendars, certificates and diplomas.

Booker T. Washington High School (Atlanta, Georgia) Class of 1956 Collection
This Collection Consists of correspondence, programs, financial records, invitations to reunions, Newspaper clippings of ceremonies, awards, and rosters of the Booker T. Washington class of 1956 dating from 1956-2016. Over half of this collection consists of pictures from various reunions between 1972-2011. Also included are decorations and clothing to commemorate the reunions.
Carter’s Department Store Records
This collection of Carter’s Department Store covers the years 1948 to 1964. The collection contains advertisements, stationary, customer credit records, general ledgers, check stubs, financial statements, invoices, receipts, journal sheets, ledgers, overdue notices, personal correspondence, pharmaceutical price lists and signed checks.
Civil rights discussion series recordings
The series of recordings of Atlanta Fulton Public Library's Oral history discussion series in 1997 treats the involvement of Atlanta University students in the Civil Rights movement and more specifically in the Atlanta University Student Movement. The former students discussed picket lines, sit-ins, the student leaders, and The appeal for human rights. The speakers also include lawyers who supported the students during their protests.
